An example of how to produce an Art Print image. Subject: The appeal of an Edwardian village in Staffordshire. The first image shows the photo as it was taken, then aerials, telephone wires, road and "For Sale" signs are removed with the Clone Stamp tool, in Adobe Photoshop Elements ® In the second image the canvas has been rotated right by 1° then cropped to clearly define the subject. Any surrounding modern brickwork is filled using the Paint Bucket tool set to dark grey. The third image is saved as a PSD file so that Image Transform Perspective can be applied. This allows adjustment of the inward lean of the verticals to a more natural parallel view. Finally a Dry Brush art effect has been applied with some Median noise to add interest. |
